You say, this website is fine and it looks nice.
Still, could it be missing some features?

Like, there could be a version in another language.
Or are there too many spam comments? You really shouldn’t have Viagra ads or those inappropriate comments under your products…
Or it might turn out that you should improve the security of your website because there are too many break in attempts.
Maybe you want your site look nice on mobile.

And you might have a whole bunch of other ideas.

In that case, you’ll obviously talk to the developer who first built the site.

I hope you find them.
I hope they’re still in business.
I hope they’re willing to do a “small” job like this.
